Knights Inn & Suites Dublin

I gave this place 5star overall because of the hospitality and the service that they give!! Way better SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY than ANY HILTON or Marriott I’ve stayed in. Even with team member rates and family and friends rates at those good hotels, THIS HOTEL GAVE ME MY $600-$800 WORTH BERY WELL PLEASED WITH IT. It’s a knights inn that you either googled/internet or just walked in, what do you all expect???!!! ( to the ones with the bad reviews ) **LL NO IT’S not a Hilton or a doubletree . I stayed there 12 days , I brought my own Lysol, bleach, and covers as I do in any hotel! Microwave and fridge in rooms. Good air conditioning. Hot water. Room service everyday except Sunday, but the lady up front and her husband will get you whatever it is you need on Sunday, just pick up the phone or walk to the desk, SIMPLE! I’m not a fan of any odor or bugs. I’m a very clean person, and if I could stand it anyone could. Yes it’s an older hotel , none smoking on first floor! They probably could remodel a little if the bad reviews would stay off the page, like they’re staying at Jesus house! Jesus wouldn’t complain! If it’s not to your liking after your stay please don’t leave this woman and man bad reviews, just don’t comment. But I feel you could at least do that for the nice lady up front!!!! Other than that leave a good review even if it’s a 1⭐. Last thing, I stayed from July 4th till like the 18th or 20th. This place was so worth it to me, I’m back here just in the area on august 16th just to run over and go speak to the lady. Stopped last night but it was too late , so I made sure I stopped today on the way back through. If I’m ever in the area and need a place to stay, for the money, it WILL DEFINITELY BE KNIGHTS INN (DUBLIN, VA) I PROMISE

Very enjoyable. Hotel was quiet, no loud music or people. They have a laundry room to very convenient if u can't get anywhere. Very consistent with what they do. Very much appreciated, Would recommend and stay again. (:

We stopped here last minute on a long drive and the price and location was right. The staff were super nice and helpful considering it was almost 1am when we checked in. The room was clean and right for what we needed. Would stop there again if we drove through area again.

Stayed here a couple of nights due to a power outage and had a great stay! The rooms were clean, well kept up, and quiet! The beds were awesome, as well as have plenty of room, and lots of pillows. The room had a roku tv that I was able to sign in to different streaming services, but they do have cable as well. The staff are wonderful, and very easy to work with should you have to extend your stay. They made sure we had everything we needed in our room and were so kind and welcoming! Going to be staying again soon and looking forward to it!

I was worried after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! Room was very clean and King size bed was very comfortable! Front desk manager was super sweet. Definitely worth the stop.

Very good place to stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and the service was excellent, perfect for rest. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again.

I made a reservation for this location a few weeks ago, and stayed there last night as a little mini vacation with the little woman. We rented a king suite with a hot tub in the room, and while I don't think we opted for the jetted tub upgrade, we had one nonetheless (possible upgrade)? We ended up in room 109, for what it's worth. I had done a deep dive into reviews the day before we left for our stay and was inundated by a slew of negative reviews that had me a bit concerned right off the bat. As it turns out, in our case at least, those concerns were entirely unfounded. So, let's start off with the not-so-great bits. The light fixture in the bathroom was a bit wonky, and the vent fan in both the bathroom, and main area above the jacuzzi tub were both quite dusty. There were some scuffs on the walls, some burn marks on the tabletops, and no iron in the room. All in all, these were very minor issues that were essentially just cosmetic, and very easily overlooked. The hallway smelled somewhat like several people had been cooking a few different meals and wasn't pleasant, but wasn't overpowering either. As others have mentioned, the side door was not locked, but honestly, that's not really something that bothers me, as on most hotels, the side doors aren't really anything that's keeping out anyone who is serious about getting in. That said, the good parts were shockingly good. The room was incredibly clean, the linens were incredibly clean, and the room itself had a mild scent that reminded me a bit of lemongrass (likely owing to the soaps and such they provide having that particular scent). The AC/Heat unit looked like it might have been installed 5 minutes before we got there. It quite literally looked brand new, and worked amazingly well. The hot water was quite hot, the cold water was quite cold. The jacuzzi tub worked exactly as one would expect, and the TV, while a little bit low, worked just fine. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows a little soft for my taste, but also comfortable to sleep on. There was more lighting (both lamps and ceiling) in this room than I am used to in a hotel room, which I really enjoyed. The door latched easily, had a deadbolt, as well as a swinging lock which made everything feel quite secure. Plenty of toiletries, 4 sets of towels/hand towels/washcloths, and 2 bathmats. Both tubs/shower were clean and there was good water pressure, too. As to the service... I did not catch the lady's name that was working the desk, but she was very polite, very friendly, and very kind. She was quite pleasant to talk to, and got me checked in, and out very efficiently. On top of that, a few minutes before checkout, she personally came to the room to see if we would be staying an additional night, or would be checking out that morning. We were just about to head out the door at that point, but I was pleased to have the reminder, too. All in all, I was incredibly impressed with this location and I will absolutely be staying here again. The location right off the interstate, the value, and the service are all very much worth it, and I can't recommend this location highly enough.

Customer service was accommodating and very friendly which is always appreciated. Rooms were clean and tidy. A major complaint is the smell of stale cigarette smoke which also may contribute to the rooms smelling musty and "off". For $20 more there is the Holiday Inn down the road with fresh smells, exceptional rooms and great customer service as well.
